Enquiry funnel and accessibility improvements.
01Overview
A professional education provider wanted more qualified course enquiries and needed confidence that their site met accessibility expectations.
The enquiry form asked for fourteen fields up front. Custom dropdowns could not be operated by keyboard, and error messages appeared only as red borders.
A long enquiry form put off prospective students, and keyboard and screen-reader users could not complete it at all.
02Findings
Fourteen required fields before any value was offered, including details only needed after enrolment.
Course and start-date selectors could not be reached or operated without a mouse.
Invalid fields were shown only with a red border, with no text explanation.
Duration, cost and entry requirements were spread across tabs and PDFs.
03Recommendations
A two-step enquiry flow, accessible form patterns with clear errors, and course pages restructured around learner questions.
